Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- The item must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of authorization.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (in plastic) with tags and labels attached.
- A maximum of 8 items can be returned per order.
We recommend trying on and checking all purchased items once received to ensure adequate time for returns if necessary. After 14 days, all orders are considered final sale.
If the customer keeps less than the free minimum shipping worth of merchandise ($50) from the order, we will charge the original shipping fee.
Please note: All sale items and any items that are discounted over 25% are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or return. There are no returns on items in damaged or used condition.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Certain exceptions apply. The acceptance of the return of a product for a refund is at our absolute and sole discretion. Items returned not according to the policy are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We strive to maintain accurate inventory, but if we are out of stock of any item, we will ship the rest of your order.
Exchanges
We cannot swap sizes or colors. A new order must be placed, and the item can be returned.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received within 30 days from the time of purchase, a gift code will be emailed to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at error.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Certain exceptions apply. We are not responsible for the pilling, pimpling, or shrinking of garments.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
